do you sell phone numbers or OTPs?
no. that is illegal in Singapore. you bring your own number, you receive the OTP on your own phone, you type it into our cloud phone. we never see it.
can I still use Telegram on my own phone?
yes. Telegram supports 4 simultaneous devices. your account lives on our cloud phone as one of those devices, you keep using your own phone as another.
is the IP really dedicated?
yes. one SG mobile IP per phone, one phone per customer. no rotation by default. no sharing with strangers. you can request a rotation if you want, but most customers never do.
what if my account gets banned?
if it is our fault, infra issue or noisy neighbor, we will refund the month and reprovision. if it is your behavior, channel raids, mass DMs, fraud, we will not. read the AUP.
