you open the phone in your browser.
no app install. the phone screen streams to your browser. you can tap, type, scroll, install apps from the Play Store. it works on desktop and mobile. the stream is encrypted and only you have the URL.

you log into Telegram with your own number.
open Telegram on the cloud phone. enter your own phone number. Telegram sends the OTP via SMS to your real phone, the one in your pocket. you type the OTP into the cloud phone yourself. we never see the OTP and we never store the number. this is the BYON model: bring your own number.

Telegram allows 4 simultaneous device sessions per account. the cloud phone is one of those 4. you keep using Telegram on your own phone, your laptop, and your iPad if you want. the cloud phone is the persistent one, always online on the dedicated SG mobile IP.

uptime monitoring on every cloud phone. auto-restart on hang. ban-risk heuristics that flag suspicious behavior before Telegram does. monthly health report. live SG support team. you focus on your business.
what runs on our side
hardware
real Samsung mid-range Android phones. not emulators, not cloud Android, not BlueStacks. the device sensors, accelerometer, gyroscope, build fingerprint, and Play Integrity attestation all pass Telegram's hardware check because the device is, in fact, a phone.
network
each phone runs on a real Singapore mobile carrier SIM with its own static IP. no rotation. no shared pool. no residential VPN. the IP is yours for the duration of your subscription. when Telegram looks at your IP reputation, it sees a clean Singapore mobile carrier address with a coherent connection history.
monitoring
we ping each phone every 60 seconds for uptime, every 5 minutes for Telegram session health, and every hour for IP reputation against AbuseIPDB and proxycheck.io. if a phone hangs or a session drops we restart automatically. if an IP gets flagged we migrate the account to a clean SIM and notify you.
security
streamed access only over TLS, your login URL is private, 2FA on dashboard, audit log on every session. we never log into your Telegram account ourselves. our team can see the phone screen via screen recording only if you explicitly request support, and only for the duration of the support session.
why this architecture survives
most managed Telegram setups fail on one or more of: shared IP reputation, fake device fingerprint, or unstable login cadence. ours doesn't, because we matched each Telegram signal with a real-world equivalent:

what we do not do
- ✕we do not sell phone numbers or SIM cards. illegal in Singapore. BYON is the only model.
- ✕we do not run any automation, scripts, or bulk-DM tools on your account. what you do on the phone is your business, but our AUP prohibits grey-hat outbound.
- ✕we do not share IPs across customers. one phone, one IP, one customer. period.
- ✕we do not transfer accounts. if you cancel, you log out, we wipe the phone. your account goes with you. no resale, no ambiguity about ownership.
